Banh Trang Nuong
Banh Trang Nuong is one of the best foods that you should try in Dalat. It is the large sheets of rice paper grilled over smoldering coals and topped with all sorts of delightful goodies. And decorated with an egg, either chicken or quail, cracked on top. Pork, beef, scallions, chili, pounded shrimp, mayo, and Laughing Cow cheese are all viable options as well.

Banh Can
Banh Can is fairly popular in Central Part of Vietnam, but each of provinces has its own flavor. Banh Can is a kind of rice cakes grilled in little terracotta half dome molds. It’s often cooked by a quail egg is broken inside, and then the lids are put on until they cook through. Once unveiled, the two halves are united to form one light, fluffy ball of crisp goodness.

Xiu Mai – Vietnamese Pork Meatballs
Vietnamese pork meatballs, is the Asian flavors and often served in a light tomato sauce for dipping with a hot French bread roll. It’s awesome when eating Xiu Mai in cold weather of Dalat.
Where to eat: Street stalls along Trần Nhật Duật or Hoàng Diệu Street
Drink Coffee
Sit down and spend for all your afternoon coffee and people watch or read a book. It’s cute and comfortable atmosphere. Sometimes we don't need to go too far in order to find the best place to eat, just find great view coffee shop and sit down. That's enough. :)
