Central Highlands of Vietnam

Central Highlands is located to the South of Vietnam, it has not been famous to many tourist but if you are a person who has enthusiasm in travelling, do not forget to visit this beautiful land. Central Highlands includes of 5 provinces: Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong and Lam Dong. Visitors not only see the beautiful landscapes but also have chance to experient the daily life of ethnic minorities such as the Ba Na and Gia Rai, Ede, Xo Dang, Mo Nong or enjoy the special food there. Ways to get there

From Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, you can travel by airplanes. There are some terminals in Central Highlands such as Pleiku airport, Buon Ma Thuot airport, Dalat airport.

Ideal time to travel to

The best time to visit is from November to March. In particular, from December to the beginning of March is the most beautiful time there. In December, there is a kind of flower covering a yellow color on every roads as well as the red of coffee field. Tourists may never forget when witness these fantastic scenes. Between February and March is the time that coffee flowers bloom with white color, a purity beauty.

The beauty of Pleiku

T'Nưng lake is one of the lakes having the most natural and romantic beauty in Central Highlands. This lake is on a mountain, was formed from a volcanic crater, very large. It is compared as the pair of eyes of people in Gia Lai as well as Pleiku city.

Kon Klor Hanging Bridge

Kon Klor Hanging Bridge is located in Kon Klor Village, Kon Tum City. Kon Tum. This is the nicest hanging bridge make by iron in Highlands region. It connects two sides of Dak Bla River

Visiting a wild Mang Den Town

Mang Den is a town of Kon Plong District, Kon Tum province, with primitive forests, numerous lakes and waterfalls. The climate is cool, fresh and suitable for travelers avoiding the heat in summer. It is at 1.400m compare with the sea level, among flowers and forests, the weather in Mang Den is always fairly cold.

Ta Dung Lake - Considered as Halong Bay in Highlands

Ta Dung Lake is a valley by Ta Dung Mountain, in Dak Som Commune, Dak G'long District, Dak Nong Province. Compared as a blue mirror between Highland mountains, it makes so many tourists passionate when they arrive here.

Pleiku, Gia Lai Tea Plantation

The combination between irrigations and vast tea-seedling field bring to Pleiku a unique beauty. The tea plantation is about 10 km to the North of Pleiku City, located on the Chư Pah district.

Discovering Lak Lake

Lak Lake is the largest natural lake of Dak Lak province. Lak Lake is the ideal place for tourists to do relaxing activities like canoeing around the lake, watching Central Highlands gong performances, swimming. Especially the sunrise and sunset scenery is the absolutely great moments.
