Fill in the wrong passport number when apply for VOA

For the sake of all customers who used visa on arrival  and intend using this service, please well note the following situations:

• After applying for Vietnam visa application, please check carefully your order booking. If you find any mistakes in your booking, please contact us immediately for changing
• Normally we will send the approval letter via email after 2 working days. Therefore you should double check your information carefully on your approval letter right after receiving it. If having any problem with your personal information, please contact us for amending.
• After receiving and checking your approval letter, we won’t take any responsibility if you face any problem with Vietnam visa. In some cases like your nationality or your passport number is wrong, we will help you to fix. However, you will have to pay for all extra services.

Once again we want to remind that you SHOULD check carefully your approval letter after receiving and inform us immediately for amending.
