Vietnam visa process

To apply for VOA, you just need to fill the online application, receive the approval letter via email after 2 working days
After receiving approval letters, you have to check carefully all your personal information like your full name, birthday date, passport number, entry date, gender, etc. If having any problems, you have to contact with travel agencies and fix it before traveling to Vietnam

To get Vietnam visa at airport, you will have to prepare all the following documents:

Original passport: should have at least 6 months validity to meet the requirement of the airlines.
Hard copy of the approval letter
Completed entry-exit form: is sent at the same time with approval
02 passport-sized photo (4x6 cm)
Stamping fee at Vietnam International Airports

Notes: At present, all Iran, Syria, and Turkey are not supported by TOURIST visa service. But if you would like to come to Vietnam for business purpose, make sure you are sponsored by a company in Vietnam and can provide with guarantee letter of the sponsor.
