How to get Vietnam visa for United Kingdom passport holders in Thailand

If you are United Kingdom citizens and you are going to Vietnam after your trip in Thailand. However, you don’t know how to apply for visa to Vietnam, please read the following guides for getting your right entry to Vietnam.

Currently there is no representative office of Vietnam's government in Chiang Mai, Thailand. But from Chiang Mai, Thailand you can get visas Vietnam via two simple options:

Firstly, getting Vietnam visa on arrival with lower service and stamping fees which is issued by Vietnam Immigration Department, 1 or 2 working days, and not required passport

Secondly, getting Vietnam entry visa at the Vietnam Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand which is issued by Vietnam Embassy with 4 to 5 working days and your original passport required.

Please well-note that VOA is used for entering to Vietnam by air only and stamp your visa at one of Vietnam International Airports
