Process for applying VOA

If you submit and pay service fee before 8 AM in Vietnam time from Monday- Friday, We will send your approval letter via email by 17:30pm in the same day for urgent visa service. On Saturday and Sunday are day-off of Vietnam Immigration Department, so if you want to get approval letter in time, please submit before Saturday.

Please be advised that NO applications can be processed On weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) the Vietnam Immigration Office is not working, so please no application can be processed if you want Vietnam visa rush, so you may need to change your flight to the following Monday.
